Professional positions: Human resources manager for HR relations (Zapf Creation AG), Project Manager / Principal (Kienbaum), Head of Global Talent Management (Clariant International Ltd). Self-employed since 2017 as a Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Trainer.
Private: Family man. Former triathlete – now triathlon for balance. Interested in social and political issues. Enthusiastic traveler.

THOMAS SALLER

Born in 1977. Studied Psychology (diploma) and Business Administration (MBA). Additional training among other qualifications as a Systemic Coach and Counselor (DBVC). Professional experience as HR Manager (P&G), Project Manager (Kienbaum), Director Leadership Development (EBS University). Self-employed since 2011. In addition to working as a Consultant, Coach, Facilitator and Trainer, active as a Senior Lecturer for MBA Programs in the subjects of Change Management, Leadership and Applied Psychology (for example at Surrey Business School, FOM, Tongji University). Author of 6 books on Leadership and related topics.

Born in 1978. Studied Industrial Engineering (diploma) in Berlin, Business Administration (MBA) in the USA and Doctorate (Dr. rer. pol.) in Erlangen-Nuremberg. Professional experience as a Consultant, University Researcher and Lecturer, University Manager and Executive EducationTrainer. Vice President Degree Programmes and Professor of Strategic Management and Innovation at Frankfurt School of Finance & Management.
Private: Travel, astronomy and space travel, documentaries on natural sciences, history and politics.
